We do not charge extra for taxidermy drop off, or airport pick up/drop off. Excluded from our packages is airfare and gratuities. To follow is a few of the packages we have, please bare in mind we can customize them to suit your needs.

HUNTING INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
We have fixed accommodation in all the hunting areas that you shall visit, where food and beverages shall be provided. This minimizes driving between hunting areas and will be arranged according to your wish list. Each room has a bathroom.
Food—we mostly eat venison that comes freshly from the game that you have hunted. The meals will consist of steaks, stews, and soups with all the usual fresh vegetables. All sodas, water, beer, and wine will be supplied.

The South African hunting season is generally from the first of June to the end of August. However, hunting permits may be obtained for certain properties between during the remainder of the year. November to February are our prime summer months, and during this season the temperatures average 37° C (100° F) during the day.
My favorite hunting season is from March to October.
Any rifle from .270 and bigger will be adequate.
Shots will range between 25 and 300 yards. When you land in South Africa you will get a permit for your rifle at customs. This permit must be with you at all times. We can recommend travel agents to assist you with transporting your firearms.

Rental cost:
- $30 per rifle per day

Medical facilities are available in Uitenhage (about 30 minutes’ drive from Kirkwood) and Port Elizabeth (60 minutes away). Emergency evacuation by helicopter to Port Elizabeth can be arranged at short notice for any clients that may require specialized medical attention.

We require the following information so we can assure that you have a successful hunt.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your hunting dates. All payments to be made in cash or bank transfers. We kindly request that the full payment will be paid on the drop-off day. However, we understand that different arrangements will be made in the case of extra animals.
